Q: What is the Reeves Wiedeman Shop?

A: The Reeves Wiedeman Shop is a company store where you can order branded merchandise for yourself and your team. These items have been carefully chosen by the Spark team, and we work to add new items seasonally.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?

A: Yes, all of your order details - including your order number - will be on your automated email confirmation. We'll also send you tracking when your order ships. Please note that you may receive multiple tracking numbers if you order more than one item.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You can check the status of your order by logging into your account, then clicking your name at the top of the page. This will take you to your order dashboard, where all of your order information is held. You'll also be able to view all of your previous orders and tracking numbers.

Q: Am I able to change an order after it's submitted?

A: We'll make every effort to stop your order before it ships. However, if your order has already been moved into production and shipped, we might not be able to accommodate an order change.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Your items were specifically made for you. Because of this, on-demand items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us so we can make it right.
