Domestic Shipping
- We are able to ship anywhere within the United States.
- Order ship during standard business hours, Monday - Friday.
- Orders coming from our warehouse (inventoried items) ship same-day, if the order is received by 12pm central/1pm eastern.
- Orders received after 12pm central/1pm eastern will ship the following business day.
- If your order contains both inventory and on-demand (custom) items, your items will ship separately. You will never be charged more than what appears at checkout, unless otherwise notified.
- We provide estimated shipping times for all products. While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that all shipping lead times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address to ensure successful delivery.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Address Changes
We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order. For questions or concerns regarding an order, please contact our customer service team.
